Photographs and content

The photographs on this website belong to their authors and may not be reused without permission. The webcams, videos and 3D tour are provided by their publishers (Anzère Tourisme SA, Roundshot, Viamonde, YouTube, Matterport).

Data protection

This website complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• No cookies for visitors, no trackers, no analytics. The fonts are hosted on this website. Only the owner’s private, password-protected area uses a login cookie.
• Recent photos: the photos on the home page are posted by the owner, from his phone or his Instagram account, and then copied to this website. Your browser does not contact Instagram.
• Embedded content: the webcams (Roundshot, Viamonde), videos (YouTube) and 3D tour (Matterport) only load when you click the button provided. Their provider then receives your IP address and applies its own privacy policy, including cookies.
• Request form: the data you enter (name, email, phone, dates, number of guests, message) is sent by email to the owner, solely to answer your request and organise your stay. It is never sold, passed on or used for advertising, and is deleted when no longer needed.
• Technical logs: like any web server, the host records technical information (IP address, date, page requested) for security purposes.
• Your rights: you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@locationsanzere.ch.
